How wonderful to find a new recipe to boot! I love chickpeas and love hummus, though Terry does not. I'll have to try this soon. Oh, and with the Miz Crocker salad, I made it for years but never bothered with the sugar on the almonds. Then one day I made the salad for a large event and the other cooks convinced me we MUST do the sugaring. OH MY. I thank God for those folks who do research and develop the medicine that helps us. The really great news about the probiotic I am taking is the coating which helps the bacteria get through the stomach and to the colon.
