I knit a bit...

Not up to trying those tricky socks? Here are a few very easy knitting projects!

Cotton Sugar and Cream wash cloth, size seven needles, 1/2 ball of yarn, about four hours.
Pattern:
Using a pair of size 7 (US) needles, and cotton worsted yarn, cast on four stitches.
Knit one row.
Start pattern.
K2, yo, k to end
Repeat this pattern until 43 stitches are on needle.
Then: K1, k2tog, yo, k2tog, k to end
Repeat this pattern until you've got 4 stitches. Cast off and tie the end, weave the ends into the washcloth.

Splash the scarf, size 13 needles, 14 stitches, one ball of Splash yarn, a day or so of knitting. The pattern at the store called for size 15 needles and 15 stitches...but I do not have size 15 needles and the woman at the yarn store said the 13's would be fine. And they were!

Katie the model...only a child can look this pretty at 7:00 am.

I am also knitting sweatpants for Emma. Alison over at The Blue Blog kept a wonderful sweatpants journal. Go on over and check it out! She is quite the knitter...and blogger!
