Lynn's Peanut Butter Balls
The main ingredients for these nutritious snacks are:
As Lynn says,
Equal parts peanut butter, powdered milk, and honey.
But not really as much honey because it will be too sweet.
After that you can add in your extras.
Here is how I made them;
I cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered milk
3/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp flax meal
3 Tbsp Oatmeal
2 Tbsp Coconut
3 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips
Mix this up.
Roll it into balls.
Place on cookie sheet and put in the refrigerator.
When they are cold and set, place then in a zip lock baggie.
They make a quick yummy snack filled with protein and fiber.
We like them. Well. Me and Emma.
More than just me liking them is a hit, I suppose.
July is here already.
In these parts you will find.....
well dressed children in trees :o)
and little boys hard at work, tending to the vibrant green grass......

We are off to the pool this afternoon with Lynn and Amy and children.
It will be 82 degrees they say.
A perfect summer day.
I am going to take it all in.
Fleeting....it's all so fleeting.
Encourage one another,
Donna
And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.
