Oh my lanta, Donna! I feel so anxious!! My new neighbors are in the garden behind our apartment house, setting up their snacks and television... something tells me they won't be inviting us :-) truthfully they are nice people but dang, they take their World Cup football very seriously! I really hope we do well :-) I need to figure out my computer and live-stream it. Not a great time to be without a television!
P.S. for those who don't know me, I like in Germany (Munich) where they live breathe sleep this stuff! I am a band wagon jumper on-we too, Donna!! :-P
*LIVE* in Germany ... I am so excited I can't type straight!*jumper-on-er* SHEESH I am signing off now - HA!!
Susan, I bet you "like" in Germany, too. :))))Mary Z
I Like living in Germany!! I tell you the truth I was a nervous wreck watching. My stream from ZDF.de (television) froze at one point and I could not see what was happening, just then I heard my neighbors in the garden .. CHEERING. It was their goal naturally. :-P
USA!! We survived the "group of death"!! We put the game on the big screen in our conference room so employees could watch on their lunch hour. I love soccer/futbol. :)Mary Z
So glad we survived!
What a great result!!! Susan...your German friends...and your beloved USA!!!! Woo!!!Remarkable!!Gotta love an underdog!
:-) the Germans are simply playing at another level, but we (USA) fought well. The crowd was with USA for sure - it was sweet of my neighbors to invite us to watch with them :-)
Hello a day later - gosh I guess Mary and I are your readers who follow soccer (World Cup stuff). I am very proud of our team for placing 2nd in their group of death, as Mary referred to it. Now if I can keep my composure on July 1st when USA plays again, against Belgium. At least they won't be up against the Germans!!
Hello. So nice to see you. Would you like to leave a comment? Be very kind.
