love shining down

The Starry Night Over the Rhone, 1988 by Van Gogh

Perhaps they are not stars but rather
openings in Heaven
where the love of our lost ones shines down to let us know
that they are happy.

  5. Hi Donna! Hope you and your family are doing well. A friend gave me yarn to knit socks. I have never made them. I remember you did a tutorial once, I will have to look for it when I finally get ready to start knitting.

  6. I love that thought, this weekend was the 13th anniversary of the car accident that took my moms life. She never got to meet my future husband or my kids..... though I *know* she's up there looking down with love and admiring from afar.

  8. This is so pretty. I am shooting a wedding today. I went to do the hair and makeup shots at the mom's house already. Everyone looked so lovely with their mink eyelashes and fancy eyeliner. I came home to write out father's day cards and change because it is FREEZING! I am glad I popped on here and saw these posts from you. I miss it when you don't write. Sending lots of love to you and the grands.
