I'm so out of the contemporary music scene, and I love music so much. This is very nice. I love, love, love the piano and the drums. I looked up the words to read as I listened, and it is very poignant. I have finished the Bonhoeffer book, and my heart was feeling the weight of that while attending to the words of the song. You'll have to listen to it again when you are done. It's kind of amazing how fitting (at least to me). It's always lovely when you can enjoy a song with your kid. :)
Christina!!! You finished already! Wow. I hear there is a very good Bonhoeffer movie that all the Christian kids at Moody watch. I will ask Emma about it....or even Stephie will know...I bet!I look forward to your wonderful comments on Monday!
I couldn't put it down. I'm afraid our school schedule suffered for it, which is ironic, since I am sure that B. would encourage us to do what we are called to do, meant to do, for God and his glory, seeking and doing his will always. Hmmm. I look forward to Monday, too. (And so that I can hear what others have to say...not so that I can write another dissertation. ;) )
Christina, your insights last week were wonderful!!Mary Z

We like this song, too! It does make me feel a bit melancholy, but that's okay sometimes. Happy weekend!Mary Z
