I have a dream....
Seriously I have no idea the work that goes in to camping or setting up camp.
And that is why I call it a dream.
It looks so dreamy and romantic and cozy and cool.
This might do.
Tiny. Gorgeous. Paris.
Encourage one another,
Donna
Went camping...once. It didn't look like your pictures. ;)
ReplyDeleteAmy. You always make me laugh!
DeleteThis appears to be what is called "glamping" as it is way too glamorous for regular old camping. Glamping might be doable. :)
ReplyDeleteYep, glamping is where it's at!
ReplyDeleteI adore these images.
My husband dreams of the time when he retires and we get a small camper van. I admit I would love it. Of course, I'm a tough Alaskan gal and have camped in all sorts of conditions; but I would surely prefer glamping!!
IM enamored with the first one !!!! Omgoodness.
ReplyDeleteWe've been putting tips in the 'tiny camper' kitty for a couple of years now, and I think we'll make it in the next year. I'll find the video of the kind we want... They're amazing!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteHusband and daughter went camping a month ago with my ex-bf and his daughter (long story but it's all good). Anyway, I didn't go.
ReplyDeleteFor them, it rained and hailed for four full days while I stayed at home and read the weather reports and thanking God for my decision.
signed,
very thankful that I didn't go.
P.S. I dream of glamping, however.
No, it's not like the pictures portray, but it's still good. Even when it's storming and you're trying to keep the rain that's leaking into the tent from dripping on your sleeping boy's face all.night.long. Breakfast by the fire in the morning makes up for it. ;)
ReplyDeleteGo with the Paris 'camper.'
ReplyDeleteI read a book entitled The All You Can Dream Buffet by Barbara O'Neal and it was about a group of blogging friends who meet on the Internet and decide to get together for a birthday party for one of the group in CA. Several of the bloggers have tiny trailers that they haul to the party. Made me want a tiny trailer, but I think the bathrooms in a tiny house with sewer hook-up would be more my style. ;-) love and prayers, jep
ReplyDeleteCamped with the family a little and with my Girl Scouts a lot. My favorite definition of camping is "taking your housework to the woods."
ReplyDeleteBut those little trailers are mighty cute!
Looks lovely !! But I hate Mosquitos !!! End of story
ReplyDeleteBeckie from Kansas
I LOVE camping. We tent camped on our honeymoon 30 years ago. Our boys were 4 months for the oldest, and 9 weeks for the younger on their first camping trip. They loved it. They still love it! We 'graduated' to a pop up camper a few years ago - mainly just to keep our bedding dry and I call it out castle on wheels. There is nothing more soothing than sitting by the fire listening to the night sounds deep in the woods. We have encountered storms, wildlife, and crazy flat tires (yes, PLURAL) while in the woods - but thats just makes for great memories and stories to tell. But it can be work - mainly finding/hauling firewood....but that's hubby's job. hahahaha!

Have camped but was much younger ... now I'd sign up for the Paris "camper" ... Linda
