October leaves/Flickr Magic View

If I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own back yard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with. ~Baum

This is one of the few trees in our area that has changed colors.  It's just over the fence in a neighbor's yard.  It gives me so much joy.

Just this week I found a really neat feature on Flickr.

Instead of viewing as date taken, you can view in "Magic View".

Flickr has put my pictures in categories and it's fabulous!
This one is 'bright'.

Here is what they have collected under 'field'.

And thousands and thousands of "people, groups and other".

If you want to look around at mine here's the link.
I'm sure it's not as fun for you as it is for me.  But you might find yourself.
And check out your own Flickr for sure!

Hmmm we can't see the pics mom. But that's neat. You've taken a few good ones over the years.

  3. That seems like a great way to view photos. Question: Do you always load your photos to Flickr? I have lightroom that has the feature where I can load them directly to flickr. I never know what to do so I sometimes save to flickr and mostly I don't.

The Aspens were turning their golden yellow color in CO while we were there....so beautiful. Here the red "chilly lilies" are up and blooming this morning and sure enough....it was only 55 degrees. I wonder do other regions have plants that are cold indicators? We also have a sage bush here that tells us when we will get rain....the bushes have not had too much to do lately. Sigh!

You take beautiful photographs of God's wonderful world. Thanks for sharing!
    love and prayers, jep
