Melinda, they are gorgeous! I am the (older) mother of three boys and I loved it! Each of my daughters-in-law have three boys, too. Blessings --and extra sleep here and there-- as you find your new normal.
Awwww! :::dreamy sigh::: What wonderful pictures! My favorite moments of a new baby's arrival was when the siblings met this new little life for the very first time. Soooo much staring and touching! Looks like you captured perfectly :-)
You know what is amazing in giving birth for the second and the third and the other time ? To discover that our heart is elastic and we can love one new baby as their brothers and sisters. Donna, your pictures rock ! (PS : I'm trying to improve my english vocabulary :)).
Dear Susan, thank you for your sweet words ! :) But I have to admit : english is easier and funnier than german. German must be as difficult as french for foreign people, I suppose ! :D
Dear Diane, that's exactly what I thought with the second one. I was terrified to not love her as her brother. Then I discover I could have 3, 4, 8 children, there would always be place in my heart for each of them, without taking their brother's place. Thank you too, Diane for your words :). If you need penpals for your children, no problem for me ! I don't know how old they are. My children are 15 (boy) and 12 (girl) and they would be glad to have an american penpal (even if they could be shy first). But if your children are older and want an older penpal, I'M REALLY OLD !! :D I could write with them, on internet for example. LEt me know and I'll give you my mail adress or even my FB profile, if they want to connect.
What beautiful pictures. I love how the boys little hands are gentle and reaching to touch their new brother and welcome him into the fold of their family. Thank you for sharing!
LOVE these pictures! Every little detail (including the goldfish crackers and little toy car) just tugs at my heart. The little boys' expressions and gentle hands. Oh my. Your heart must be bursting with love.
Blessings abound! Another Boucher boy! How exciting! Matthew and Melinda are blessed indeed. I have three boys right in a row, but they are 3 years apart and then 4 years apart. Wishing you love, peace and sleep for Melinda!
So precious, Donna. Health and happiness to everyone in your family!

Hi Axelle! Your English has always been great! You should hear my German! I am awful :-/
DeleteI thought the same thing when our "not first" babies were born. Who would ever imagine our hearts could expand to such an extent? It is amazing!
DeleteI always love your comments, Axelle. I have two kids who are trying to learn French; if you want penpals, let me know (-:
