The sun came out on Christmas day.

Merry Christmas from our house to yours!! #babyjesus #familylove

Sunset walk. Wisconsin.  4:20 pm Christmas

We had a very quiet Christmas day.  We went to church on Christmas Eve so we didn't need to rush out in the morning.  Mid morning Katie, Emma and I went off to see Into the Woods.
It was absolutely wonderful.
It's a grown up fairytale about wishes and consequences, parents and children.

Even tho they could not put every song in the movie that was in the brilliant play,
it is still EXCELLENT in every way!

I recommend this highly!
Not for small children tho.
It's more Grimm than Disney.

Isn't it nice to know a lot?
And a little bit...not.

p.s.  What beautiful Christmas cards we received this year.  Of course the year
I have to skip them....we get so many pretty ones!!!  Thank you!

  3. The sun came out here on Christmas Day, too, after days and days of rain. Thanks for the little bit about Into the Woods.

  4. I want to see Into The Woods again. Al and I loved it. I saw it at a very small theatre in Chicago years ago. My friend was the mom in the tree....

I'd like to write a song called The Sun came out on Christmas Day. Or should it be The Son Came out on Christmas Day? I'm glad yours was a sweet day. I can't wait to see this movie!

Wouldn't we all love to protect our children from "the woods"? We let them go and pray God will send his angels to watch over them or at least that is what I have tried to do. Looks like a good movie and with the Boucher seal of approval we will want to see it. MS sounds like an stronger singer each time I hear her sing. Praying "Son-shine" follows each of you Bouchers throughout the new year. love and prayers, jep
