They would show the peacock and then say 'In Living Color'. I think they were proud of the change from black and white to color.
When I look at these pictures of Katie, I think.... 'in living color'.
pinks and greens
I think. I would never want to see her in anything else but color.
Until she makes this face and then I know....this one needs to be black and white.
But gosh.
The colors are just bursting out of these pictures. They make my eyes happy.
Encourage one another,
Donna
It's a tie for me,

and
#4, the B&W
I remember the living color peacock. :-)
I remember when the switch happened from black and white to color TV and the in living color peacock. It was like having a movie theater in our home when the color programing started. Lovely Katie looks beautiful all the time! love and prayers, jep
ReplyDeleteIn the first pic, Katie looks like Emma Stone! We just watched her in "Magic in the Moonlight" last night. All Katie needs is a 1920s flapper hat!
ReplyDeleteI remember the switch to color TV. We were one of the families that stuck with B&W for quite a while. Such a treat to go to a friend's house and see shows in color! :)
So lucky you have a Katie and an Emma and of course little darlings to put in front of the camera! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI love that girl
ReplyDeleteMe too!
ReplyDeleteFabulous....either way!
ReplyDeleteShe is perfection. : ) Your pictures capture her so magnificently.
ReplyDeleteThank you Becky!
DeleteSmooch!
I haven't posted any comments here on your blog lately, but I just wanted to drop in to say that you and your husband have produced the most beautiful family - both inside and out. And your photos certainly feature those qualities. Those grand babies are adorable. And your Katie is a dream in living colour. How proud of your family are you??? Oh - and happy Canada Day to you for tomorrow (July 1) from this Canadian fan.
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by and leaving such a kind comment!
