It's been very hard to find a weekend that worked for all of us. (Emma, Patrick, Katie and me) Unfortunately, Melinda's work schedule refused to cooperate so we didn't get to spend as much time with her as we would have loved...but we made sure to fit in a photoshoot.
Here is a peek into our busy, exhausting, sweaty, wonderful time together!
Emma and Asher
We went to a College World Series game on Friday.
This is Malachi who turned two in May. And Ezekiel behind Malachi. He kept his hat on which was a tremendous feat for a seven month old. :o)
I have not seen Ezekiel since he was born! He is on the move and sweet and content. His eyelashes remind me of a cartoon character.
I tried so hard to get a good family picture. These two will have to do.
I think this one is the best of the bunch.
Gosh. They are beautiful.
so cute
Melinda is just remarkable! She is not afraid to work hard for her family and her dreams.
Trying to catch up on the Ezekiel baby pictures :o)
I love this one!
So very proud of Matthew. He is the best dad I know.
I have more pictures to edit. I'll post more tomorrow.
Love wins.

ReplyDeletehi beth! i am so busy with school and work i don't have time to read blogs, yet alone write them... someday again. i am working as an ob tech on a labor and delivery unit in a hospital. i have been there for almost 3 years, and just finished training for this new position, hopefully in a couple more years i will be nurse on this very unit. i finally started nursing school (2 pregnancies interrupted me starting earlier, but i got a lot more pre-req's out of the way for when i want to go back again someday for my masters) i am in my second quarter, and it is hard. i wonder what in the world i was thinking trying to go to nursing school while working fulltime with 3 kids, a husband, and a mortgage... but i press on. matthew presses on too... last quarter i never cleaned a single thing, went grocery shopping twice, and only cooked a handful of times. that plus i am out of the house at work or school 3 overnights, 3 evenings, and one full saturday every week... this means so much is left for matthew, and he does it all so that i can keep pushing. i am stressed and flustered and so so very tired, but these boys keep me happy and driven. and that is my life in a nutshell for all of you who care. now, i have ton shut up and study ;)
DeleteThank you so much for writing an update for all of us Melinda Sue! Like Beth and others I have missed your blog. Praying for your studies and family situation and thanking God for you each one....love and prayers, jep
