Still trying to remember the ingredients.

Works just great tho.
We need to try this at home.
All you need is a toilet paper tube, plaster of Paris, paint, water, and....

well...

still working on that.

Emma is coming home tomorrow morning.
So. Happy.

This will be a weekend of Brats and Weinermobiles and Clydesdales.

I'll take my camera along for the fun.

Wishing you a lovely and joyous weekend!

  4. I need to make more chalk. Nora loves it. Your weekend sounds like so much fun. We used to see the Clydesdale when they would come to town for the Nascar races back in the 70's. My grandparents' home was right across the street from the Darlington racetrack. Fun memories.

  7. I'm not sure who loves chaulk more....my girls or my husband ;). I'm not, so much, a fan. I kinda "creeps" me out. It's that whole "fingernails on the chaulkboard feeling" that I can't get past.

Happy weekending to you and yours.

  16. Ah, beloved bratfest. Can't even remember the last time I've had a brat. Sounds perfect. With brown spicy mustard. :) Have fun! Did I ever tell you about the time the wiener mobile came to Blackhawk?? :)

  17. I remember when we first moved to the Chicago 'burbs, we took a day trip up to Sheyboygen to the Brat festival. They had Brat Tacos, Brat Pizza, Brat stir-fry. I remember thinking the Brat Pizza was pretty good. We had fun. That was ages ago, maybe '97? I had a Bratwurst from here yesterday and it was awesome!

Have lots of fun with Emma and the family :-)
