Super Bowl XLVIII Commercials -- "Puppy Love" and Lambeau Bound

Here are two of the sweetest commercials you will ever see!    I have included the links to youtube for those of you who can not view them here!!!  I promise you will adore Puppy Love.  And well...we Wisconsin folks have a very special place in our hearts for the little football players and people of Ashwaubenon.    We park our car right by that water tower when we go to the Packer games.

Both commercials are little stories and I loved them both!

Encourage one another,
Donna

p.s.  I don't know the name of the Lambeau commercial...so I just called it that.

  1. Really fun commercials. Is it my imagination or are there more sweet, fun, story telling commercials than there used to be? I think it is a trend worth keeping.

My youngest is gone to a debate tournament, but if he is home in time for the Super Bowl I told him I would take him to the movies. Two weeks is not enough time to recover from the heartache of the NFC championship )-: So I am glad to have a peek at the commercials.

    Happy Thursday, all!

    1. Aw. Sorry. Yes. I would go to the movies too. I will however be at a volleyball tournament that day....we will be done in time for the game. I think it will be quite a good game.

Love the story kind of commercials and these are two really great ones. Thanks for sharing. My prof. husband taught business and would always tape the Super Bowl commercials to show in class and discuss. We saw this morning that they are releasing the commercials early, so they can get their money's worth with the internet and twitter etc. People will see and comment on them early and get more folks to watch them on-air, too. love and prayers, jep

Carol, His students loved him. He taught one very popular course about leadership which used the Elizabeth Moon book The Deed of Paksenarrion and bought copies of the book that he gives out to young people at our church, family, strangers he meets in the public library…no kidding…just a really great teacher, one of those born to teach. I am biased. ;) jep

    3. I'd be swooning, jep, except, ahem, he is your husband. ;)

My husband is also a great teacher. I love to watch him in action. He has students from thirty years ago that still keep in touch.

    1. HA!!! love the double space! (space space)

I haven't seen a Super Bowl in 7 years. my favorite parts were the dips and chips, followed by the good commercials. :-)

  7. I thought it was bad two weeks ago when SF played Seattle (my brother a huge SF fan and my son a Seattle resident and fan.)

Now it's worse. My oldest son has been a life-long Bronco fan. I think John Elway is to blame. We're talking wear the jersey, watch every interview, know every third string player. My middle son lives and loves Seattle. His wife is even more intense about her teams. My youngest son would rather read Tolkien.

I think I must be Switzerland on Sunday. Or at least quiet. My favorites are usually the National Anthem and the feel-good commercials. And sipping champagne with my mother-in-law.

  9. Very cute commercials! And the 5 minutes it took to watch them my 2 boys have been playing quietly in the next room- I better go make sure everyone is still breathing! Glad I got a chance to read today though!

  11. Here's another great one for you! As the mom of a youth hockey player, I don't necessarily agree with USA Hockey using professional athletes in the Olympics (what can a young boy dream of now?) but this is a great commercial, all the way around...
