She Got Up Off the Couch.

I like my spot on the couch.
So much.

DOG PARK!!!!!

But Ginny...oh how she loves to go out and smell.
Yes. If Ginny had a job she would use her nose.
It's her gift.

We were quite alone at the dog park yesterday...
but there were plenty of smells to make Ginny so very happy.
I like seeing the other people and dogs.
Yeah.  The smells do nothing for me.
ha.

Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves. ~John Muir

Oh Ginny, you are so clever and cute!
Spot on the couch immediately reminded me of Sheldon on The Big Bang Theory, he loves his spot. ;-)

  2. Sweet Ginny. Did you shoot those flowers with a macro lens?
    That's a beautiful mountainscape.

  4. "The mountains are calling and I must go ..." Favorite John Muir quote.

    Ah Ginny, you're a darlin'!

It's good for a doggy to get out and read their mail - that's what all the sniffing is, really ;-)

    Thanks for these lovely photos

  5. Has anyone read the book? "She got up off the couch?" It's good. Funny.

Picture was taken with a 50mm most likely.

  8. Ginny makes me smile! : ) Did she miss you while you went to the graduation? I wouldn't mind a dog. The cats would though, so we will just keep on being cat people. Meow.

The kids and I have this little joke. If I want their attention and they don't respond to their names I will meow at them! I did it at the airport yesterday. The kids did not think it was funny at all! The lady sitting across from me in the waiting room looked at me in a horrified manner. It was super funny. Maybe you had to be there. : )
