Here is a funny "blonde joke" for all of my agrarian friends.

The County Fair Commercial

More seriously :o)

Yesterday I was listening to an old Elisabeth Elliot tape.
It was titled What God Wants of Us.

Elisabeth focused on Micah 6:8.

Do you know it?

He has told you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justice, to love kindness,
And to walk humbly with God?

Do Justice.
Love Kindness.
Walk humbly with God.

Leave the rams, rivers of oil and the fruit of your body, at home.

What a great passage!

To walk humbly with God sounds simple but I think that is a much harder than it sounds. I think it means always, always remembering that God is God. And remembering....I am not.

Encourage one another,
Donna

"For by grace you have been saved through faith;
that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
not as the results of works, that no one should boast."
