When Katie was little,
she always hugged everybody
when she met them.

And when they left,
she hugged them again.

Some children were uncomfortable with this
amount of hugging.

We all knew it would end at some point and I have to tell you...it has.


But last night when Katie and I were walking out of puppy class,
she reached out and held my hand.


I love that she did that.
