Oh my lanta, Donna! I feel so anxious!! My new neighbors are in the garden behind our apartment house, setting up their snacks and television... something tells me they won't be inviting us :-) truthfully they are nice people but dang, they take their World Cup football very seriously! I really hope we do well :-)
I need to figure out my computer and live-stream it. Not a great time to be without a television!
I Like living in Germany!! I tell you the truth I was a nervous wreck watching. My stream from ZDF.de (television) froze at one point and I could not see what was happening, just then I heard my neighbors in the garden .. CHEERING. It was their goal naturally. :-P
USA!! We survived the "group of death"!! We put the game on the big screen in our conference room so employees could watch on their lunch hour. I love soccer/futbol. :)
:-) the Germans are simply playing at another level, but we (USA) fought well. The crowd was with USA for sure - it was sweet of my neighbors to invite us to watch with them :-)
Hello a day later - gosh I guess Mary and I are your readers who follow soccer (World Cup stuff). I am very proud of our team for placing 2nd in their group of death, as Mary referred to it. Now if I can keep my composure on July 1st when USA plays again, against Belgium. At least they won't be up against the Germans!!
