One more from Hayward Wi/ The Pose

Happy in Hayward.  #Mom  #Salems #abfab

There is something familiar about this pose....

Woot!! We are so proud of you Emma Boucher M.Ed 🎉❤️🎉❤️🎉❤️

Katie always has her chin up and her arms out.
It was too cute to see Emma do this at her DePaul graduation.

I mean it I have a hundred pictures of Katie with her chin in the air..and usually with jazz hands...
but in this one she is swirling her skirt.

  1. "My mama had a dancing heart and she shared that heart with me."

You can say it. Your girls can say it. Their children will say it.

    Generational blessings.

    1. They also have her lips. I do not. I have thin vanishing lips.
I'm glad for them to have so many of mom's great qualities.

When I first glanced at the picture of Esther I said to myself, "that's Katie". Just from the pictures and reading about the stories it seems as though your parents knew how to live life.
She seems so young and vibrant. : )

    Sarah P. from Iowa
    P.S. My great-grandparents had a station wagon just like that. ; )

  13. I love genetics. Fun how stuff shows up years later.I do smile to see that station wagon. We just got one in January of this year and I have loved cruising around in it, windows down, we take our dog along. Ours is an 85 I assume the one in the picture is quite a bit older? I don't comment often, but your blog is still one of my favorites. I loved that quote of Erma's for the 4th of July. -Jo
