2:00 Update*******
Sister Sue has poison ivy and needs a remedy.
Please leave her your most excellent ideas in the comment box.
She has a reunion this weekend...and it's on her face!
Yikes!

Hot time in the summer sand....

Should we talk about the heat?

Thankfully we have air conditioning.
And we're not afraid to use it :o)

Now, if we had a black out or a brown out, like the good folks in the New York area experienced a few weeks back...well...I think I would go and sit in Katie's kiddie pool.

Wisconsin hot is not too bad in comparison with Missouri or Phoenix. Two places where I have stepped out of a cool house and actually gasped at the feel of the air. Both of those places, on the hottest days, remind me of living, um,
on the sun!

So, do you want to brag about how hot it got in your town yesterday?

It was (according to madison.com) 95 degrees here yesterday and the night time low was 78 degrees.

What did you do to keep cool?

Stayed in the house.

What is your favorite warm weather food?

I love salads and smoothies.

Katie loves bomb pops!
