Ah...the computer age!

Patrick and I am listening to Milwaukee Sports radio on the computer while we have the television tuned into ESPN.

Why on earth?

Because our quarterback of 15 years is preparing to make the big announcement. Will Brett Favre play one final year with the Packers!

Oh. We sure hope so!!!

Because we live in Madison, Wisconsin....where they really don't care about the Packers, we have to use all of our communication skills to hear the announcement live!

Thank goodness for streaming radio audio!

**UPDATE**

Brett had not made a decision.

(He is like Cinderella in Into the Woods. Her decision was not to decide)

Emma is off taking the ACT for the second time. We have spent the last two weeks going over her last test and gently preparing for this years test.

She is cool as a cucumber.

I will be praying for her all morning.

I always think of my mom on April 8th.

She will always be young.

Isn't she lovely.

Grown don't mean nothing to a mother. A child is a child. They get bigger, older, but grown? What's that suppose to mean? In my heart it don't mean a thing. ~Toni Morrison, Beloved, 1987

Most of all the other beautiful things in life come by twos and threes, by dozens and hundreds. Plenty of roses, stars, sunsets, rainbows, brothers and sisters, aunts and cousins, comrades and friends - but only one mother in the whole world. ~Kate Douglas Wiggin

Encourage one another,
Donna
